Took it out, still crashes, this time it said "Out of Game Memory" took out all the OpenIV mods and it worked again, still worked with the siren mod I had. Then went to install the LED mod again and crash. So I installed LSPDFR and associated scripts again aswell as a CVPI model that replaced the vanilla one and it worked, installed a 2015 charger and explorer and it worked. So I verified the game files and then had to download about 900mb worth of data and at the same time i removed all the mods. Then on Monday I started the game but it crashed on startup, this was without adding anything else, obviously I tried starting it again same issue.
This all worked on Sunday with no issues. even installed some cars and an LED Chrona mod, see Jeff Favignano's mod tutorial for pretty much all the mods I've installed, then fallowed Figureight's OpenIV tutorial for adding vbehicles.
